Customer story | EcoSupp

Satisfied customers, saying so in public.

EcoSupp sells nutritional supplements direct to consumers, with a call center staffed by certified naturopaths. It wanted to know how every delivery landed — and to turn quiet satisfaction into a reputation anyone can see.

The results

Of customers completed the post-delivery questionnaire 33%
Of respondents reported being very satisfied 90%
Of satisfied customers left a positive Google review 34%
Score Google rating, across more than 1,000 reviews 5.0

The approach

Howazit runs after the delivery, not after the purchase. A short interactive questionnaire asks about the product and about the service behind it, so satisfaction with a naturopath’s consultation and satisfaction with the order itself arrive in the same data set. Customers who report a high score are invited to share the experience publicly; anything lower is routed back to the team while the order is still fresh.

The result

One in three customers answers — a response rate that makes the data representative rather than anecdotal. Nine in ten of them report being very satisfied, and a third of those go on to leave a public review. Those reviews compound into a 5.0 rating built on more than a thousand of them, and satisfaction rose again in the most recent quarter, from an already high baseline.

Why it matters

Reputation here is not a campaign. It is the by-product of measuring every delivery and acting on what comes back — the same loop that catches a problem early is the one that produces the reviews.
